Massimo Castellano has a Master Degree in Economic Science and Management. Most of his career has been shaped by working for companies in the transport sector. He has moved his first steps in the Alitalia Group, focusing on communication, legal affairs and institutional relations. Leading him to assume the role of Executive of the Legal and Corporate Management in the same company. His interesting in the field has been strengthened through his business with top managers responsible of different companies such as Gruppo Navale Lauro, Darwin Airlines and MSC Crociere. Moving to BCube Group, one of the leader company in the Italian logistic scenario, he was appointed Director of “Commercial and Institutional Relations” of the sub-holding Argol Air Logistics.

His working experience has determined his active involvement in operative and representative associations, such as IATA, ACI Europe, Confindustria and Assologistica. It is precisely within the context of the latter that he was in charged of promoting the so-called pilot project “ Rome LOWE”. Moreover, he has been extremely active promoting the internationalization of Italian companies as his role as “Executive Project Manager” with Federazione Coldiretti and “Chief Sales and Business Officer” of High Quality Italy demonstrate. He was recently appointed President of the Nova Network - Business Network - a group of companies of international trade, industrial logistics and shipping sectors that assists public bodies and private operators in the management of trading initiatives (import / export) and international cooperation. Finally, as President of “MAR” - the Marine Research and Activities Association-he was the coordinator and creator of both the Institutional Communication Campaign, which every year involves tens of thousands of young Italian students, and of the "Sea Heritage Best Communication Campaign" Award ", the international award dedicated to the best marketing and communication projects that enhance water resource and the maritime, environmental, energetic and cultural heritage of the Euro-Mediterranean area.
